What is Job Order Contracting?

Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a competitively bid, firm-fixed-price construction delivery method for repair, maintenance, renovation and minor construction. It uses an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with individual job orders priced from a shared price book and the contractor’s coefficient.
